Sam-Air operates in accordance with OFAC and FSVL regulations.
1.2 Services
Sam-Air provides tandem paragliding flights and paragliding camps. All flights are conducted by certified pilots licensed by Swiss Federal Aviation Authorities (OFAC) and FSVL.
Sam-Air cannot guarantee a specific flight duration, altitude, or route, as these depend on weather and safety conditions.
1.3 Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are requests until confirmed by Sam-Air
- Sam will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking
- Flight times are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled
- By booking, participants accept these Terms & Conditions
1.4 Participant Requirements
- Minimum age: 5 years, Minors require written parental consent
- Maximum weight: 120 kg
- Participants over 100 kg must contact us before booking
- No prior experience required
- Participants must be able to take a few running steps at takeoff
- Sam-Air may refuse the flight if false information was provided (e.g., weight)
1.5 Weather Conditions
- All flights are weather-dependent
- Sam-Air reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to unsafe weather conditions
- Weather-related cancellations are free of charge
- Weather assessment is at the sole discretion of the pilot1.6
1.6 Safety & Liability
- Participants must follow all instructions from the pilot
- Sam-Air is fully insured for tandem paragliding activities
- Participants acknowledge that paragliding involves inherent risks despite all safety measures
- Participants fly at their own risk and must sign a waiver before the flight
- Sam-Air is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Damages caused by delays, cancellations, or force majeure
- Liability for bodily injury is limited to cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
1.7 Paragliding School (Training courses)
- Students must hold valid accident insurance
- Once airborne, students are responsible for controlling their glider
- The school guarantees instruction, not results
- Loaned equipment must be returned in good condition; damages may be charged
1.8 Camps & Outdoor Activities
- Participants must ensure adequate physical condition
- Accident & rescue insurance (including helicopter rescue) is mandatory
- Programs may be modified due to weather or safety considerations
- Force majeure events may lead to changes without refund
1.9 Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Non-refundable but transferable
- Recipient must book their flight before expiry date
1.10 Photos & Videos
- Participants consent to being photographed/filmed during the activity
- Media are provided for private use
- Marketing use requires explicit consent1.11
1.11 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swiss courts.
