Cancelation Policy

1.1 Guest Cancellations

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight time.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight will be charged CHF 100 per person.
• No-show: Full payment will be charged.
• Different cancellation rules may apply to camps

1.3 Weather Cancellations

If Sam-Air cancels your flight due to weather conditions:

• Option A: Reschedule to another date (free of charge)
• Option B: Full refund

You will never be charged for weather-related cancellations.

1.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

1.5 Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable
• If a flight is cancelled due to weather, the voucher validity is extended
